Are you telling me that the so-called team leads and upper management folks at Seagate have the technical chops to withstand these cuts? I highly doubt it. It's not like having technical proficiency is going to magically keep them safe from the chopping block. That's not what's going to happen. It's the conniving, narcissistic personalities that will ultimately make or break your career in this cutthroat company. It's enough to make me want to throw my hands up and walk out the door.
