Schimone was asked out. A new COE formed under Brendan Ly--h that absorbs a bunch of HR areas. HR more embedded in LOBs because LOBs have been complaining about lack of support from HR.
Clue in the rest of us - who's heads rolled and for what?
My guess - probably replaced HR "customer service" with that unhelpful chat-bot.

.....its true what they say, if HR are bad it's because the CEO wants it that way.....
