Every Thursday except Thursday before Memorial Day through middle of August.
6/1 based on the pattern. 4/28 (last day of 5/18), 5/4 (last day of 6/1), 5/18.
In Optum the downsizing schedule has notices every 2 weeks...so it is continuous. They are always occuring as things change in the business...but they will be picking up over the summer.
