Later in 2023 several departments at Allstate India will rebadge to Concentrix employees as Allstate India prepares to take on a predominate role in Claims functions. Claims classes and licensing within Allstate India has been underway for several months now to expand their role in that enterprise. Exact number of Allstate India to be rebadged TBD. This is coming from meetings dating back to last week.

India is the future for claims handling, this was mention on the home page by TW and his cronies.
I feel bad for the employees in India too. Remember the videos of them dancing? I don’t think they realized they were hurting American workers, and now they too are getting screwed. No one is safe under this management.
If they are outsourcing the offshore employees, why waste all the money to set up offshore offices? More bad planning!!
The India and vendor decisions are simply so Wilson and his goons can run off with more money that they don't deserve and aren't entitled to.
