I'm starting to get frustrated by the unrealistic expectations they have of employees. I just can't believe they don't realize how underpaid we are here, most of us anyway. Perhaps for a change they should be satisfied with the fact that there are still some great employees here who didn't leave, instead of putting terrible pressure on them?

wrong...you cannot go to your leader if your opinion does not align with theirs. If you do you risk being blacklisted. i choose to stay silent and do my meaningless button pushing and report to my so called leader who knows less than most high school students about this industry. Meanwhile the top leaders are frolicking together about in random elevators.
JP is a problem but tge only director who dared to speak up was moved. Of the two you're talking about one had pending complaints and open investigations for behavior and kick backs and the other wasn't needed hence the backfill being a DM position.
Same. Tried once and now I’m blacklisted. JP sets the tone. The guy is a weak leader who can’t handle differing opinions. We saw what happened to two of the directors who dared speak up. I just shut up now and do the bare minimum to get by. I hope we fail.
Tried speaking up and now I and being retaliated against! Many employees are afraid to speak up Everthing started getting bad in the central when the new director came in.
The purple properganda is in full force ..reaching out to your people leader isnt going to change anything, the company is only focused on revenue despite what they say operations is understaffed and the work flow isn't consistent enough to warrant any new head count.. enjoy the valleys and survive the peaks..
HA! Reaching out to our “leaders” have never made anything better. Actually, it’s more fun coming here and complaining. They’re both equally useless actions.
You seriously come to this site and post this new string? Is that seriously your life? What do you think is going to happen? There’s a bunch of disgruntled trolls on here that will make it about BS, HP, LI, PP, YT, SH, AU(or whatever initials!) and nothing happens other than kindred spirits just complaining to complain.
If you actually cared about making a difference, you would make your voice and feelings known to your leader. You can absolutely reach out to them. But, here you are…just feeding trolls.
