Haven't received any email regarding a townhall on 6/1. Are claims processors involved too?
What about casualty?
Actually Concentrix is going to be the main Operations for this company within the next 12 months or so. This includes most areas and roles within home office. This is not just front line or service level roles. There is no secret in this. Even the strategy and product development of this company in part is going to aligned with Concentrix. I wouldn't call it a "take over" but this company is eventually going to be run and handled by Concentrix in many facets and including other vendors to a lesser extent.
Allstate is not being taken over by Concentrix! Where do people come up with this cr-p? I get the impression most people on this board work in Claims/Underwriting/call centers. A good many of us do not work in these areas and our work is not being outsourced. I will agree that a lot of new hire positions are being moved to ANI or ASPL, but we still have many US workers.
Town Hall to be announced for 6-1 where all employees will be told they will not be Allstate employees come 1-1-24, it’ll be Concentrix or unemployed.
I got laid off yesterday with my last day of work being next Friday. I’m happy though cause I got a $25 gift card instead of severance for my 6 years at Allstate. I knew no severance was coming and I can use the gift card for Skittles and Pepsi.
Don’t worry, there will always be work. At least that’s what the CCO keeps saying. Gonna be one big giant call center!
Some may not be needed but claims and call center employees going to vendors do not affect the strategy side of places like pricing and the rest of product, D3, distribution, marketing, corporate brand, procurement, and others. Some layoffs have taken place in some of those areas but they’re not all going to vendors.
A good number of those non-exempt jobs are no longer needed if areas under them or that they are associated with and their processes go to the vendor. Those are the fortunate ones that will still receive severance.
Meant to say exempt employees!
— You guys know that not all Allstate employees work in claims or the call centers, right? There are thousands of non-exempt jobs that could never be outsourced to a vendor. Absolutely not true that all employees are going to vendors lol.

Can also confirm not all employees are going to a vendor.
When will the layoffs begin and will it involve all of claims?
Actually it’s 100% true but you believe whatever helps you sleep at night.
Nort true that no allstate employees will exist come January
There will be no Allstate employees come 1-1-24, Concentrix has already confirmed this. Employees will be re-badged then ultimately dismissed with no severance.
Yous shoulda got dem teamsta’s ta help ya’ll. Or some otha Union folk. Now you’s just a bunch a fools waitin on a train that ain’t comin. Gos gets ya self a nudder job.
Well what done happed is dat day is being to greedy with dem rate increases and den day giving poor costumer servixes = a loss in dem dollaz comin tru da dough goes woke = goes broke !
They don't lay off much anymore. They now sell your role and your employment to an outside vendor and move you over there as one of their employees. Severance and packages as we know it in the past will be a much rarer thing especially in mass and most reserved for the higher pay bands
Yes…. Everyone… The ship is sinking, get out now!!! You will regret it later if you don’t…..
