I dont believe in the RTO rumors here. To many holes. I think it will just be for some groups and directors. Not company wide
BUT is there a silver lining? If there is an RTO they may just offer voluntary severance with it.

I have some details which I was told not to share, but it’s anonymous so whatever. Folks will be forced to come to work at least 5 days a week if writhing 5000kms. Failure to do so will lead to immediate termination without severance. In 6 months this will be further expanded to 8 days a week again failure to comply will lead to termination.
There is also a plan to increase work hours from 140 hours a week to 1045 hours a week.

in addition to all the new terms there will be orgainized cleaning crews for EOD. Dell has reduced janitorial staff and everyone must chip in to help sanitize the facilities
