So, here's the main issue: the company keeps everything hush-hush, and that's causing problems. Management doesn't trust the workers and doesn't tell us what's going on. That's the real issue that nobody's talking about. The company's culture is what caused our downfall.

It is not all mgmt, it is upper mgmt, VP and up who are the problem. Greedy executives for sure.
The main issue, Buddy, is there is low demand for the thing we make. That’s it. Less money coming in. Simple as that. No evil master plan.
That's absolute lies. Think who's creating the atmosphere in here it's not just this redundancy talk it's been disgusting from sept and everyone following lies. Management have never been told to stop anyone joining anything not once nor do they know what's happening with regards current climate. They are all sick of this as much as operators to senior managers only the directors know and what they have isn't final. Stop thinking everyone is lying to u open Ur eyes man. I've never seen some many stupid ppl follow like sheep and believe what they are told.
