Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Shrinking company means shrinking opportunities

It is a simple fact they the continued shrinking of the company means there will be fewer opportunities. LCS isn’t growing fast enough to offset the overall trend of fewer employees in “high cost” countries.

Plenty of liars needed in LCS to greenwash
They are banking on corporate welfare to keep the gravy train for execs and other rejects

True. Just keep milking this dead cow dry until they fire you without doing any work, just pretend you are busy and enjoy the ride. Darren deserves it.

We live a good life in one of the HC10 site. I'm planning to keep milking it

IT was already getting the short end of the stick when it came to high-CL jobs, but those continue to fall as they move 26+ jobs overseas (and rightfully so in many cases). Why hire a CL23-24 in an HC10 when you can get a 27 for the same money or less in low cost locations?
