Just quit. Give up on the empty promises and BS. Shine up the CV and go work for a company that gives two $h1ts about their employees. I did and got a $15k signing bonus and a 35% increase. But that was during the great resignation. If you have the degrees and skills wait for the bounce and bail. Salvino is a joke. No FN clue what he is doing.

It really comes down to whether the region is profitable or not. Not sure where you are based, but not getting a pay rise doesn't apply across all regions.

Don’t just quit , that is ducking stupid ! But take free training and find a better ( shouldn’t be hard) company and leave No 2 week notice as they won’t give you that , just go !

Even if you don’t get a big increase , leave if the company you’re going to has a history of giving merit increases, if the benefits are better. And most important the company believes their employee’s are what makes them better.

Not the ducking bull sh-t we get from our executives.

In my 50 years on IT , DXC/CSC as a company was the worst. Most of the US and UK people were good and can think out of the box

Some of the people from India were outstanding but most pushed back saying not my job , or that’s too hard instead of saying what can I do to help

The thieving conniving tw@t knows exactly what he is doing.
He should be taken to court for all the (i think is ) illegal stuff that he is doing.
