After hours Thursday 5/18/23: $2.49, stock went down. Not gloating but like I said, stock is not going to $3 on Friday. Someone posted earlier in this string $2.64 and as you can see we are falling again to $2.49. Sadly, Lumen does not have anything for investors to want to invest. This quarter's report (as it has been trending) will be another drop in revenue. Until we flood the cities with fiber and start advertising; only then will we start gaining revenue and maybe more investors. Shorts have already cashed out. If you love shorts (stock), you would not buy right now unless you think stock will go below $2. Buying when it was $20 and selling at $2 would have made you some big time money!

the truth is we are going for broke right now. things have never been more uncertain. as usual nobody knows the plan other than everything is changing. internally its the same old messed up car wreck but worse. as everything changes and a lot of failures occur trying new things more and more will leave as the confusion goes up

either they succeed or stock goes to zero

eiher way Kate claims it was transformed and leaves by the end of 2024 with a golden chute

Just as a joke I bought a few shares a month ago. Figure if it goes to a penny stock or 0, I would have lost more playing pull tabs. We'll see what happens. Also bought some Cyxtera stock at .17 figure the same thing there.

Everyday was a positive day.
Yes! By end of this Friday 3.0 is very doable.

You are really expecting a $3 handle BY THE END OF THIS WEEK?! That's like saying the Detroit Pistons will win the NBA playoffs by Friday. I am glad Lumen stayed above $1.99, but statistically they only maintain a $2.30 - $2.53 range over the last 3 days. Peaks and Valleys. Your expectation is a $.50 share increase on no merit in 2 days. It's projected Lumen could be a consistent $4.xx stock. Honestly, I don't see this company generating any revenue worth investing. No advertising. No increased customer base. It's all promises of placed fiber and hopes that Enterprise customers will come running. But all that fiber placement takes time. Scary thing is Kate & CO keep saying in every quarterly call that THIS MUCH fiber was placed, yet Lumen revenue still declines. Wow.

CenturyTel was a Ponzi scheme.

Who just trashed CenturyTel 😆
CenturyTel was your savior before Qwest and L3 dragged the company into Abyss.
You could have been working much sooner at McDonald's back in 2010.

CenturyTel should have stopped after Embarq and let Qwest - L3 go through bankruptcy.

Loss of TPA : up to 10,000.00
Loss of Christmas Bonus: 300.00
Loss of OT work due to contract labor: roughly 13,000.00 (yearly)

Yet Storey & the others got millions in just bonuses.

The L3 self install looks like CenturyTel self installs, total and complete sh-t. Like the before pics in a data center cleanup. No cable management, wrong hardware, just generally awful.

After what Storey did to my side of the company, I’m actively working to bankrupt them.
Storey math for local: don’t let local install their own equipment, cheaper to pay 75.00 an hour than 31.00 an hour. If a light bulb needed change, call an electrician from a state away.
Storey math for Level 3: our techs install their own equipment, cheaper to pay our guy 32:50 an hour as opposed to 75.00 an hour. Light bulb out, change it, cost 3.00
Year to date, I have removed 200,000.00 from their coffers by getting some customers to not sign new agreement & instead use a new carrier.
This will continue until they are no longer in my towns.

I disagree most of the good folks left. There is still a handful of educated folks hanging out for retirement. If they would offer packages to all department. There would be no one left.
