Wayne demands we do more with less while he gives himself a 157% pay raise and he does less for more.
What he’s going to end up with is that do the bare minimum, leak information to members and regulators, and sit back with a bag of popcorn to watch the boat sink.

All Wayne is doing is fattening up his bank account and retirement funds, and he will bail once he see’s the iceberg coming. Sadly, it will be the next CEO tasked with avoiding it, and unfortunately for that person, Wayne set it on autopilot at full speed.
Remember it’s the real workers doing more with less. The VP’s and above will still sit back and enjoy their board promised bonuses.
