I guess no one is too optimistic that something will be improved, and everyone is preparing for the possibility that it could get worse.

It's not going to get any better for sure. They fired all the talent and left the stores with mediocre employees, which I assume was the plan all along. They are moving the company in a completely different "big box/little box" direction. FHE will fail, of course, because the target consumer cares about their education and not having a 4 ft grab and go section or $90 sweatshirts. Covid taught people they can do without all that fluffy sh-t and have become more frugal in their spending, especially non-traditional college students with families.

All who had to reapply for their jobs and accept with a pay cut know it has already gotten worse. Factoring in inflation - MUCH worse.
But we came back for more.
