I've been working here for a long time, but I've never, ever experienced more people wishing to be laid off. How did things get this way?

I have to agree with one of the comments below.
Way way underpaid and the work just increases by a vast amount every quarter.
Management is a huge issue at Dell and have a lot to answer for.
But they dont listen or care.
