With London ( Holmes 2.0) and McNally only caring about "culture" and "image", they will burn that place to the ground. That place is ruderles and will never take off until London is gone
The impact of Star scores today are from decisions made in 2021 I believe.
This supports the theory that Centene never really understood how to manage a Medicare product. They bought one and have been running it into the ground. They didn’t want to follow the Wellcare method. They want decentralized management of a
National product within each market. It simply won’t work.
Poster is definitely right - In addition to marketing doing nearly NO work in remediation efforts. Pretty much the entire department is brand new. From meeting with them multiple times, they only understand the very bare minimum about our brands. It’s embarrassing honestly.
