Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

No high hopes for a raise

Compared to some people who do the same job as me in competing companies, I feel more than underpaid.

My responsibilities grew but the pay did not. It looks like whoever wants the raise should first leave this place?

If you don’t like it, then try to get another job! Simple solution. Most are comfortable doing very little, getting 10 days off every other month and a pay
check.

I know this as I asked others why they are still here , me I had enough and left the the company

You’ve got no hope or Bob Hope. Get out if you want a rise!

The band Panic at the Disco! wrote a song about high hopes. It's how I'd describe my past experience at DXC.

There is not a single new starter in this company who is underpaid. In fact most in DXC would argue they are considerably overpaid.

If you work in legacy CSC people you’re all in the same boat. If you work with new starters, there is a high chance they’re on at least 50% more than you if not more.
