The new compensation director replaces the recently RIFd compensation VP (who actually was a director and had been promoted to VP last year). This happened in December when the CEO told his direct reports they had to get rid of some of their VPs. Essentially let one go only to replace them.
So disappointed that its not another VP...HR needs more VPs so badly you guys.
