I am that normal, positive person that everyone from thelayoff hates and accuses of being HR. You have a company hitting on all cylinders and you decide to destroy that by bringing back people to the office for hugs. This is follower management. It's bad for the environment. It will result in amazing people leaving. Lets be serious for a moment, after years of "being in the office" and failing on our process nodes, Covid happens, WFH happens, and now every node is on track or being pulled in. Messing with a successful mix just to get people to quit is madness. If you are a thelayoff hater, this is your chance to stop trolling and being contrary.
So go ahead thelayoff bitters, say waahhh. Get back at me. When I no longer work at Intel, I won't be back here stalking those people.
