“ I can't imagine how much money Xerox has spent on shipping, which should be passed on to the customer.”

  • Yes, customer should always pay for Xerox’s ineptitudes. Is it too late to historical invoice for this?

Parts in stock unable to be shipped because financial holds have been placed on high end expensive parts.( J control )
Black belt metrics requires financial release by accounting ..supposedly saving money.Techs are frustrated and customers suffer ..

Free shipping is nothing new. At the core I worked at (I worked in operations), customers were never charged for shipping and handling. If a tech needed a part shipped in overnight, Xerox ate that cost. In many cases, it would cost $75 to overnight a $3 part. I can't imagine how much money Xerox has spent on shipping, which should be passed on to the customer.

Why are all these supplies listed as 'in stock' there but customers can't get them for months?
