TR "managers" (can't even say they are a leaders) are the worst enemy for this company and employees. How many managers are managing the teams without any proper background in the management area...snakes that try to shift their own responsibilities to their team members; they do not support your development and cutting your wings off...it is their ritual - day to day activities ;) but well what to expect from them if the top management does not expect any good from them...so hope they will be gone soon !!

I suggest that it is continuous layoffs.

TR will use any excuse and the recent layoffs in other large companies will be one of them. They will think that there is comfort in numbers and hide the mismanagement and lack of true leadership to continue to try to wring out every cent before the company collapses. What a $&#t show!
