What could motivate someone to return to Intel?

Other than the person being desperate for a job….

Get rid of the woke DEI (aka. DIE) cr-p and stop alienating others. Require middle managers to be both technical and possess people skills. Those people are out there. Intel just does a sh---y job looking for them. If a young person willing to kick a-s and take names comes along then fast track them to create positive influence and keep older totems on their toes.

Lastly, for the love of all that is holy... Trim the fat. So many people turn their laptops on 1 to 2 hours a week and check their email on their phone. Not only is it costing money, but costing talent. How do you thing those 20% of people actually moving the business forward feel when their colleagues take 2 months plus of vacation and resting/vesting.

Also, shake up the Indian dynasty.

Going back to intel is like you are on paid vacation. Hardly work 1-2 hours and collect full paycheck.

You would go back to Intel if:

  1. You believe in the mission and possibility Intel could succeed
  2. You like the manager
  3. You like the co-workers
  4. You like the assignment
  5. The pay package is competitive
  6. The downsides of the job are minimal
