Yup, I can attest to the fact that Lumen is throwing anything against the wall right now in hopes it will stick, looking for a miracle. They don't even allow the time for programs to develop before they start kicking out those that were part of the launch team. They are great at rolling over employees and then "RIF" them out with a two-week severance when they can't make their "miracles" happen! This is the one company in my career history I can say I regret working for.
