Sounds like everybody is utterly miserable at Follett these days. I used to work there, and I’m shocked to see how much everybody hates it. It used to be a great place to work about 15 years ago. A hit of nostalgia had me looking for more info, but this is not what I expected to find.

Trying to cover their as*es showing they didn't target older employees to avoid a law suit. Just positions and age of that position. I was half way thru the list before I found anyone under 40 on the list. There were an amazing number of 65+ on the list.

A true statement that they have terminated the wrong people.
