Honestly, I am not sure how many more hours I can fit in. We are the "junk drawer",for all things that others do not want to do. I wish I knew what the long term goal was for us. I want to work to live, not live, to work. We do a ton of work a Sr. Manager/RMM should know how to do. So, I understand we are not needed. Yet, we do not make commission and are looked down on during job interviews. I simply do not understand.
