Are they trimming across all companies and spin offs
The service level will drop to unsustainable levels due to the constant outsorcing to people that barely speak the language and have no clue about the job (it's already so in many dep.). Then customers will flee and it will be game over
Is AIG operated or outsourced to Accenture
