"Wage Freeze"

So I am hearing from management that there is a permanent wage freeze until the company goes under or at least five years. Anybody else? Run!

This company is a joke! They have been on a wage freeze for years! Why do you try think people are leaving? Hello?! Meanwhile, the Executives are overpaid for being failures! Unbelievable!

Wage freeze?
CWA technicians got one of the best wage hikes in years. 13% wage increase over 3 years.

In over 20 years the number of small pay raises could be counted on one hand. They have been in a defacto freeze since almost Y2K.

Lumen will never be able to make up to the employees for not paying them what they are worth. It's why good employees are leaving. Its why executives ate leaving(they know the truth) . Its why you cant apply for new jobs because they say they aren't going to fill it at this time. And its still why men get paid more than women(I'm a man) and this is a fact! EEOC needs to investigate this company! Would not be surprised to see another Class Action suit in the next 12 months. It's a given.

The only way the company will ever give wage increases is if a contract requires it or they are losing people they want to keep. They will never pay a cent more than they need to.

I wish it were otherwise but that's how it is. Profitability if it actually happens won't change that.

From what KJ said early on, although she agrees with yearly wage increases, due to the state of the company they won't reinstate them until the company returns to profitability. At that time, she estimated being profitable by the end of 2024.
