I just have one ask of all of us: when we can, dump USAA in as cruel and callous a way as they are doing to employees now.

Ask your manager, and anyone that says No is lying to you… But there is literally an attrition forecast. RTO is designed to make people quit and Wayne and his not so bright sidekick, Tamla, have forecasted the number of employees they expect to quit and they are ready to pivot when/if they realize they under or over forecasted. RTO has nothing to do with teamwork, collaboration, and culture, it’s a business strategy to force people out so they don’t have to pay severance or report the departure as a layoff. USAA employees are no longer people with families and career aspirations, we are simply Human Resources, that like all business resources are discarded when leadership decides they are no longer needed.

With RTO, forced attrition, cost cutting, etc., I can't believe there aren't more torches being waved about WP's flood of cash.

“Coming out of the pandemic, the perfect storm of inflation, rising interest rates, supply chain disruption, labor shortage and intense weather led to a very challenging year for the association in 2022,” President and CEO Wayne Peacock said in USAA’s annual financial report...

It certainly would be great to know how Wayne's massive raise is justified then. Things that make you go "hmmm".
