Too many conflicting rumors, that stretch from May 2 to May 22. Does anyone know the date, or at least a rationalized most-likely date?

@1tyb+1mqT5YS8, I've heard similar. Sounds like May 22nd for US sites, and possibly from others here May 8th for non US maybe.
It's May 22nd. Manager's haven't been notified yet, but directors have the list. If it was May 8th, not sure where that date came from, managers will have meetings with HR either Wed or Thur. It's not hard to see their schedule have a huge blocked off time that normally isn't there. But regardless, it's May 22nd. That's why tech review, which was originally May 22, was pushed back to early June.

22nd seems most likely.. a bunch of intern start dates were moved from the 22nd to after Memorial Day.
