I’m not remote.
Closed off: paper up blocking windows. Doors locked during breaks & end of day.
Agree, more general than compliance.
If you are remote people leader, get assigned to a value stream / NDA / retention agreement.
Or don’t.
If you are remote, how are you observing "closed door meetings"?? Also, most meetings are closed doors lol.
My comment about the feeling in the halls is more general. Not related to compliance department.
If you’re a remote people leader and you don’t have a signed retention agreement or NDA you’re not aligned to value stream work. Start brushing up that resume.
A lot of “strategy” sessions. Closed off meeting rooms. Directors being pulled into closed off rooms for 1/2 a day.
It’s palpable. For those who are remote, you can 100% sense it.
