Freshers take training out side and doing self learning get into real tech jobs instead of joining the cartelized Big It services firms.
The first 2-3 years decide your long terms career and by binding you into bond, the IT services from compartmentalize the freshers as per their(company) profits goals and then dump as non performer once the short and medium term profit gaol are met.

True, 90% Freshers once onboarded end up in low grade managed services roles that hold no future growth and can develop tech skills. They re often gaslighted and bullied.
