Employee surveys are never anonymous. There’s a reason why they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the survey to not share the link with anyone else because it’s especially for you.
Take my severance and unemployment. Keep job hunting like I have been for the last 6 months. Some times being broke trumps a toxic work environment
For those of you who want laid off, what is your plan? Live off severance? It seems like it would be very stressful and cause everyone to rush around to find a job that isn’t an ideal fit.
Pick me pick me
I hope so! Lay me off please! I am so burned out, need the severance package, and to hit up my 401k. You can’t withdraw from 401k while working there unless it’s for an emergency.
UHC was told to plan for layoffs next week. Likely all areas affected
99 layoffs in c&s prior auth today
First, the surveys are NEVER anonymous.
Second, Optum RX will be hit with layoffs today, May 4th.
Just because you do not speak your mind, your salary and tenure could work against you. Why? Longer tenure/higher TC. The leaders only interested in meeting bottom line. just don't fool yourself. Many 4+ high performance folks were part of the RIFs. Yes, they will systematically pressure some performance appraisers to meet "quota" on rating of 2 to meet the goal. This is old story....If you have been in this org. and have not been exposed to this type of business practices/MO then be mindful...Good Luck!
Fill out the survey knowing that your supervisor can request to see it. Think of it as your 1st step in securing your next raise/bonus. Use it to ask for a bigger pay check, more vacation, lower Healthcare deductible & stuff like that. Not happy with your boss, then give them mid numbers and easy goals they can achieve like shorter team meetings by shaving off 10 minutes.
Definitely fill it out. Just don’t say anything incriminating. I’m honest, but I don’t say anything nasty that’s going to get me fired or totally inappropriate. The Feedback goes up the chain, they may not do anything about it, but they may.
Just in time for employee engagement survey. I’m debating whether to fill it out. I don’t trust that it’s truly anonymous.
