Just read an interesting post on one of the threads below.
Is it possible that there are people who are still working here even though they haven't received raises in 7 years?
I'm sorry, but that's hard to believe.

I can attest that the no raise statement is true for myself and coworkers. No raise since the Level 3 boondoggle of a take over. 10 times the work, no raise. Not ONE penny. Yearly reviews are cookie cutters for all of us. Meets Expectations but not worthy of raise.
You've haven't been given a raise since Obama started.
No one in the last 10 to 15 years has technically not been given a raise. Then they negotiated away the health care and nothing to show for it.

You have 25-30 years in. Not quit old enough to retire but close. You and the department you are in have not had a raise in 6 years. Do you leave and start over or do you stick it out a few more years. No one needs to say what departments have not received a raise. Just ask around. It is probably a large bulk of the company
Not sure why that's hard to believe. I left 3 yrs ago this June and no raise 4 years before that. I had good ratings/evaluations but the company didnt have any money for our group or so they said.
Salaried Sales support teams, and Managed Hosting (Think Savvis) have not received Raises ever since JS become CEO. That continues under KJ. Recently heard of one group within Managed Hosting that was supposed to get raises, but it was vetoed by HR. All Managed Hosting has ever received was the blunt end of the RIF stick.
I've not gotten a raise in 6 years, myself even the year I received an 8 on the 9 box, I didn't get a raise.
Why is it so hard to know is which group didn't get raises for last 7 years?
I keep hearing about it but anyone mentions who?

most people have stayed without raises
most got little to no raises other than a few 2-3% cost of living raises since 2002-2003
the older people get the less likely they are to leave
