Culture and attitude reflect leadership. The "lost culture" EMG is citing as the main reason for RTO has nothing to do with WFH. If anything collaboration has been stronger and more effective. The Culture has been destroyed by repeated poor decisions by our leaders, the hiring of civilian big bank failed executives, and a focus on DEI.

DEI starts with X as a stated goal but is quickly co-opted into being used as an excuse/smokescreen for unpopular decisions. Meanwhile the VP of DEI is paid out the wazoo to go to conventions and send out emails. It's like this in every big company.

Insurance insistent has fine to the dogs. Not just USAA. A bunch of thieves and execs who get paid off to support specific efforts. Pathetic
