I see that people here write that there are many remote jobs offered out there. Have you tried getting such a job?
I think it's almost mission impossible considering the number of candidates applying for these positions.

I found a remote job on LinkedIn. Do not let the number of applicants for a role discourage you. LinkedIn counts the number of people who click on the apply button, not the number of completed applications. Also, reach out to recruiters who can help with remote positions that may not be posted. Good luck!
Tons. Try LinkedIn and Indeed. On the location, say Remote. You can also go directly to our competitor websites, some of them have "fully remote" as option. Our career website used to have that, but now gone. USAA used to be a top destination for gen z's looking for remote work, landing USAA on the "Top Companies to Work For". Oh well, those were the days.
You’re not trying hard enough. I got one easily enough and for 20% more than what USAA was paying me.
