Saw a post on “The Post” from a fellow Tampa bank employee, stating everyone is excited to be back and all smiles. Uhhh, stop lying please. I hate being back in office and I’m not the only one who has expressed that. I’m also on the 3rd floor and I’m not sure what you’re seeing, but people are miserable and upset about being lied to about being permanent work at home. So sorry dude, please stop drinking the kool aid, unless Wayne paid you to make that statement on the post.

Mani Sulur said the same bullsh-t in his Bank CRO Town hall. “I know everyone is excited about returning to the office.”
Fool, shut the fu-k up! Only fossils like you and the relics at the top stuck in the 1980s are excited about returning to office. Otherwise, NOBODY is and it’s disgusting and ridiculous to have to keep listening to these lies and bullsh-t from disconnected, delusional id--ts. The joke will be on them because I don’t see people rushing in because of this smoke and mirrors scare tactic. USAA is such a sh-t company. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for work.
It's really disgusting seeing leaders be used in this way. Even more disgusting seeing those that let themselves be used this way. Glad I got out of leadership when I did (just in time!) but also in mourning these days for a company that once was.
That's certainly the usaa way!
Depending on who posted it, leaders are basically being held at g*n point to be “leaders” on this and “culture champions”. Using terms like are you going to be “active detractor” or “promoting culture as a leader” (all coded anti-collective bargaining phrases)
