All one has to do is fudge the metrics as that's all they judge you on. Our area is truly a dead end street with dead end tech fewer people are using.

I agree. There is NO incentive to work harder. There is no reward. New jobs have dried up at Lumen. They are getting what they are paying for. Anyone with imagination or skill is going to go to a better company as there is no getting ahead without bidding out. Even then you won't get out based 0n skill. It is solely at the hiring managers discretion. Not based 9n skillset at all.

Dude! I just commented I am doing bare minimum. No more meetings for me. I'm over it, they are getting only what they pay me for. No raises in 7 f-kinyears. Jobs are looking scarce and I am not kissing azz for this pittance.
