Jensen would have nothing to do with Intel. He hates that company and the leadership more than anything.
Rumors are the US govt would pressure Jensen or Elon to buy the fabs on the ground of national security and strategic interest.
Nvidia won't buy it. Why would anyone want to get into the manufacturing business when foundry works so well for them. The boat anchors at Intel are TD and TMG yet they are still treated like royalty. Intel hasn't had a problem getting marginal designs out the door just problems manufacturing them.
Sell to Elon, cut work force 75%. Cash cow the business and sunset the IA... Declare victory, take proceeds and invest in some AI company. Think like an investor, not a Grovian fan boy.
