i feel bad for the OP - they're obviously delusional or under some heavy medications - EVERYONE is well aware how bad Ford is and continues to get worst, EV, DEI, etc all smokescreens for the reduction of employees as a way to creative accounting - bottom line is the vehicles are terrible ( we lost competent engineers ) and NONE of the so-called data/ subscription teams are delivering - you want transformation, terminate Farley, Field and almost every LL4/3/2

The Global Town Halls are scripted. You see them read the teleprompter from their computer screen as their eyes give them away from the webcams. They have to paint a rosy picture. That is their job. Do you honestly believe they will say, "It's bad people, horrible! The forecast shows our numbers are awful, and someone of you will need to go."

what meds was the OP tripping on, the TH once again ducked any relevant questions regarding strategy, execution, development and the security of teams - NOTHING has been been delivered from any of the digital teams and the so-called ' activators ' are all hiding and making excuses.
