CEO is a salesman . He is trying but beaurocracy is out of control at company. Employees have no motivation. Fire all 1st level manager and VPs. Drain the swamp at this point. Promote the good workers to management instead. Fire all remote management as well. Staying home feeling like they are contributing..you are not!!
