How insulting to be told this by management : You are invalid until we tell you, you are valid. Once you are validated your validation wanes. Each day after you are valid, you will be more and more invalid until you are totally invalid and thus will need to be validated again. This process will occur throughout the year when we see fit to deem you invalid and put you through a process to be valid. This will be the process going forward for your developmental good.

Did you do the needful?? Maybe you should try doing the needful and deleting 100s of tasks. That would make you valid in no time.

Another little trick to get rid of the highest paid and most tenured employees as they did in 2020. It is about saving money…not about performance.
Unfortunately HR at AllSNAKE is worthless. As a former manager at Allstate, I know first hand that HR at Allstate is not there to assist the employee with work related concerns….it is there to make sure that the corporation avoids lawsuits during the termination process…
For whatever reason, this leadership team hates its American based employees…and sees them as a nuisance and senior leaders look at their employees as a detriment to higher bonuses because they cost money as a part of the business. Tommy has especially made clear his disdain for the sales employees and his desire to close down the agency business once and for all….
I do not know how anyone can do any type of decent work with the drama and constantly having it rubbed in your face that they can “fire you at anytime” with the validation BS….

This is yet another ploy to degrade the self esteem of the employees so they will leave voluntarily and the company can save money on severance and unemployment. They are highly skilled masters of manipulation and mind control. They learned it back in the 90’s from the cult gurus they follow. Sickening organization.

The whole EC evaluation process is one area that required validation, then you could bypass the small minded company hack EC, in some cases. It was hard to get and hard to keep. A bunch of baloney!
