I know it included at least 3 months of health insurance in the US and that the payout was based on tenure and/or rank. I don’t know anyone who was laid off well enough to ask how many weeks of severance they got. This info could be relevant for folks who are considering whether to move on.

Less than 10 years = 2 months of severance
I think it varies based on how long you were employed. Not sure
