XDA, Portal access for customers coming soon. Major layoffs in call centers coming shortly. AI taking over.
Supply and parts planning has been decimated by layoffs and out sourcing.
Lack of experience and co-ordination has taken it’s toll. The end result has been unplanned shortages and wrong parts ordered . Management was aware this would happen but did not care .
