Guess he would rather worry about RTO and not so much on paying nonstop fines for compliance. Employees are expected to do more with less, meanwhile they keep hiring leadership to support wayne. Why cant he do more with less!

he is wrong since many of the big companies in our industry, aka our competitors, are actively hiring permanent remote workers as I type this. I just applied to one and ready to jump ship, since that's exactly what they want - mass attrition. you have no idea how chaotic my team has gotten lately because of all these
he doesn't really have a choice, there's collusion with all the big companies to force the work force back to office if someone folds they'll be blackballed. if they all force employees back there's no incentive to jump ship.
or this is happening to push people to quit
