I’m seeing a lot of post about upset employees when it comes to remote and RTO, but no context is giving. What was said? Or what is the rumor going around?

It’s what you get for hiring D-list & failed leaders from other banks & consulting firms. Now we really hit bottom of barrel going to waste management for our HR leaders.

It’s a different company. Remember when we used to innovate? Genuinely cared about the members? Did the right thing, because it was right and that was also following the law.

This handing of rto and heck even the covid protocols (remember the testing fiascos) is second rate and downright embarrassing for a company that supports our strict and highly structured military.
