I think we need more HR Directors (preferably remote). They can surely dig us out of this mess!

If all managers had 5-7 direct reports, one VP should have 125-350 under them MINIMUM.
VP--> Director (5-7)--> Manager (5-7)-->Engineer (5-7).
VP 125-343
Director 25-49
Manager 5-7

Could the amount/increase of pointless and profit robbing HR/EHS programs be related to The General? While the Military has many wonderful attributes it has zero concern about profit margins. The constant ESG propaganda might be a coincidence but I think not. We need to get back to focusing on long term profitability.
