With WFR's out of the way there has been some reshuffling. A few good leaders were given lottery tickets to leave. Unfortunately they have been replaced by managers. People who dont focus on the customer or the business, just on process and ticking boxes.
Can see where this will go and sadly we will lose a year waiting for it to be called out.
Most of the "leaders" I've had were spineless incompetent id--ts.
Already at the top? Sounds like you're a terrible leader. Managers are looking to you for inspiration and you're posting on here with us plebians?
