Shouldn’t someone/s be facing criminal charges for this?! Based on my experience with Seagate, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving group of crooked execs!

Technically, the govt settlement was written in a way to remove the criminal aspect. The Govt would be the first entity who would have brought a crime case.
Bring it up in the shareholder meetings. Nothing will be accomplished on an anonymous chat board.
Shareholders could sue but Seagate the company would be the defendant.
Seperately Seagate can terminate employees, sue them, or both. The former is generally more common since the latter is more time consuming and costly.
