I always thought that T.S. was the best possible example of the Peter Principle. I never understood how we stuck around so long.

That ST money will still be paid out until the end of the year and then there's his golden parachute. Lumen will be lucky to still be in business by the end of the year. His special projects assignment is just a way to keep a huge employment gap off his resume as he looks for another million dollar a year gig. I'm sure he's been getting raises all a long.
Dugan needs to be given walking papers and then Lish. They are not doing anything.
Question... no raises in 6 or 7 years, so why do we stay? Interested in people's real honest reasons, not some snarky flippant replies.
I know early in my career (with another company...many many years ago when I made a lot less money), there was talk about no raises. My thought then was I'd never put up with that, I'd be out of there fast. But here I am today putting up with that same cr@p for 6 years.
Mine reasons might be the STI, but it has never truly been as much $
as advertised.
Also age related discrimination preventing me from landing a position with another company.
I want some 0f that schmoney we won't be paying ST. Haven't had a raise in 7 years, which is BS!
Good effing riddance!
Let them all go!
There are so many people jumping ship every week.
Something tells me HR guy making 1.03 million per year will be just fine.
The thing is, things have not improved.
The L3 know it all dipshits are still driving the ship off the waterfall at full throttle.
He is not the last - Andrew Dugan still hanging around
Scott was legacy CTL. He was around long before the Level 3 nonsense. CTL really "screwed the pooch" when they bought Level 3, life was better before those clowns took over.
Doesn’t matter, this sh-t hole is in its death spiral.
Centurylink? Which entity?
Thank God Scott is leaving.
Let's clean the table and start fresh!
So many mistakes Glen Post made over the years. 😔
At the end of the year and with a golden parachute of some kind. I thought he was from Centurylink.
