Anyone in SMT hear anything about what changes will come to Dynamic once we hit September? I don’t know how they will fit people into 900 if we’re going back anywhere near full time. And FREC said we won’t have a presence in 500 some time soon. Just curious!

The lack of communication from HR tells me executive leadership is flummoxed. The job market won't be bad forever, so they will lose their only leverage. Plus middle management grows tired of playing truancy cop
The 2 weeks a month rumor seems to have died for awhile but it’s going around again including with management.
Many groups weren’t full time before the pandemic so going back full time would be stupid.

I think I will take a hike, maybe to a coffeehouse and also get a snack, on Fid time whilst working remotely. Good idea.

In addition to no more free coffee, I heard from several Linda's in HR that toilet stalls in Smithfield will require crypto for use.

Cut it out with the unnecessary disrespect. No one is complaining. It’s not anyone’s fault you have to get all of your social interaction at the office.

Those "voices" calling for no more free coffee are in that person's head. Fidelity has had free coffee forever. That's not going away. Get real.
I heard it will still be the one week and then some BU’s will be mandatory forced for one other week. While other BUs will not.
Another “Leader” also said there are voices calling to put an end to the free coffee on site.
