It was so predictable that when they hired the likes of Mani Sulur and George S and Lesley Collins that they would bring their nonsense from Wells to USAA! Using the forced attrition with location strategy method is complete nonsense. There is a reason they left WF- their groups were taken away from them and failed miserably. Such a disappointment for our members and the BoD did not do their due diligence bringing this leadership team on.

Getting rid of the bank would solve over half of the problems at USAA tbh.
They’ve picked up failed executives from these big banks, and bringing that same mindset which got those banks in trouble. They keep this up, the bank won’t be around 5-6 years from now.
